I LOVE Ghar-E-Kabab. It’s so great to finally find delicious and healthy Indian-ish food in the area. My one complaint is that although the servers and owners are very nice and friendly, they are almost overbearing in their presence and are fairly disorganized in general (three different people asking you if the food is ok is a bit much). But the food… yum.

Agree about Persimmon. Too inconsistent for me to want to go back there again.

Also - how do you remember all the details about the food? I’m so impressed. Do you take notes as soon as you come home? I’m lucky to remember what I had for dinner the night before.

Jungdae and I had stopped by Fiore when we were looking for a place to have our wedding. Didn’t get to chat with Michael, but we did meet his wife who was very nice. We ended up getting a bottle of the Malvasia Bianca Dolce, a very tasty desert wine.

The other location is in Chantilly, VA.

It’s in a shopping center on Rt.50 two lights past Rt.50 and Rt.28 intersection.

Also a good thai restaurant in the same shopping center, Thai Basil.
